How long will my project take?

It depends on the scope of work. Smaller projects can be completed in a matter of hours or days, while full remodels or additions may take several weeks. During the planning phase, we’ll provide a realistic timeline and do everything we can to stick to it.

Do you offer financing options?

While we don’t provide in-house financing, we can connect you with trusted third-party providers that many of our clients have had success with. We’ll also coordinate with your lender’s schedule and requirements to keep things moving smoothly.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes! We provide complimentary, no-obligation estimates for every project. Whether you’re planning a full remodel or a small update, you’ll receive a clear breakdown of costs and scope before any work begins.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. Sedona Home Remodel & Renovation is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Arizona. Your home and your investment are always protected.

Can you help with design ideas?

Yes! Whether you have a clear vision or don’t know where to start, we can help. Our team offers design inspiration, layout suggestions, and material guidance to bring your ideas to life.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

For larger projects like remodels and additions, we’ll take care of all the permits, code requirements, and inspections on your behalf.

Can you work with materials I’ve already purchased?

Provided they meet quality and compatibility standards for your project, in many cases, yes. If you’ve already picked out fixtures, appliances, or finishes, we’re happy to use them.

How do you keep the work area clean and safe?

We treat your home with respect. Our crew protects your floors, contains dust, and cleans up daily. We also follow strict safety practices to keep your family, pets, and property safe.

What happens if I want to make changes mid-project?

If you’d like to make changes, we’ll review the options with you, explain any cost or schedule adjustments, and move forward only once you’ve approved.

Can you do the job even if I’m at work?

Yes. Many of our clients are away at work while we complete their projects. We’ll arrange secure, convenient access and keep you updated with photos, texts, or calls. Whichever you prefer.
